Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp Went Offline As Bitcoin Surge

Mark Zuckerberg's facebook went off for 4hrs on 4th oct. 2021
Surge in btc as social media (facebook, instagram and whatsapp) went off.

Powerful social media and communication platforms Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp went offline Monday as the price of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies surged.

As data from Cointelegraph Markets Pro shows, Bitcoin (BTC) price moved above $49,000 after falling to a daily low of $47,166, an increase of roughly 4.5% in less than two hours. Similarly, the price of Ether (ETH) rose 3.5% over the same period to reach $3,411 at the time of publication.

The sudden price volatility comes as major social media platform Facebook, photo and video sharing app Instagram, and messenger app WhatsApp — both owned by Facebook — went down at approximately 3:16 pm UTC on Oct. 4. According to Facebook's communications team, which communicated through Twitter, the company was “working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible.”

At roughly the same time on March 13, 2019, all three platforms reported a major outage that lasted more than 24 hours. At the time, Facebook attributed the problems to a “server configuration change.”

The interruptions may impact community engagement around crypto and blockchain projects, but Discord, Twitter, YouTube and many other platforms are still functioning normally. Many Crypto Twitter users are already using the incident to highlight the need for a decentralized social network built on blockchain.

“If they built Facebook on a blockchain, it would never go down,” said Allen Farrington, who regularly writes about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies on his Medium blog.

The outage also follows former Facebook employee Frances Haugen turning over to journalists and others thousands of documents that imply that the company was not doing what it claimed in regard to removing from the platform hate speech and posts encouraging violence, among other things. Facebook’s stock fell by more than 5% on Monday to reach $324.90 at the time of publication.

How the Bitcoin model can solve the social media dilemma

Twitter is already working on its own decentralized social media initiative. CEO Jack Dorsey first announced in December 2019 that the platform would be funding a dedicated team to develop a decentralized standard for social media, and recently hired a crypto developer to lead the group.

At the time, Dorsey said the aim was to shift away from content hosting and removal to recommendation algorithms directing users’ attention and to avoid content that sparks controversy and outrage rather than healthy and informative.

Rooney Nshing CEO at CMRFOREX

I am Nshing Rooney. Let me tell you how it started.

2017 bitworld went away with my hard earned cash. Hustling as a private teacher and dashing the cash to a multilevel scheme was so painful. Before i dived into these schemes my aim was to raise money and open a cocoa plantation which had always been my dream. I discovered that all the schemes were fake.

Collecting money from John to give Marry and when people could not join they disappear.

That same 2017 i had a blog which was already approved by Google and i was making a few EUROS monthly www.fly4studycm.com . When i saw how Google Adsense was surging my cash i added another blog exclusively biz. I was using these blogs to advertise scheme links too. Today these blogs have 15k+ daily visitors and companies contact me daily to advertise their services too.

2018 i told myself "fake schemes bye" new schemes came and went but i was just smiling cuz i was aware of the shortcomings. Late 2017 i was actively learning forex trading. Yes the most legit online stuff created 50yrs back. I spent $580 to learn and i started trading though the start wasnt easy.

By the end of 2018, i made $3500 trading and following all the risk management guides. That same year i created Cameroon Online School of Forex which is today the largest forex trading academy in Central Africa.

As an entrepreneur my strength is my blogs, my YouTube channel, Facebook page, Whatsapp, and a few social handles while attached to my secondary school as a teacher. I gather some joy doing so.

I have trained 2000+ traders and many forex schools in Cameroon are part of my feathers.

I can boost that my traders have made $200,000+ since i started my dream journey. Hey i have a 90% scholarship for you. Keep reading...

2020 forex bought me a convertible peugeot, changed a few things in my life. Traveled to many countries in 2021 for fun and business engagements. I thank those who encouraged me in one way or the other.

I painted my picture and still painting. I want us to paint ourselves together. You are fortunate to have me during the painting. Yes it will be easy.

Read about the new richest man who is richer than Aliko Dangote

Shatta Bandle attending a festival in Lagos.
Shatta Bandle from Ghana tells the world he is the richest man in Africa through the social media two months ago. He also says that he is richer than Aliko Dangote, flashing cash across many social media platforms and TV stations in Ghana. Living in Luxury and driving latest cars.

Shatta has promised many wealthy men in Africa to employ them work for him as bodyguards. He also promised the famous Ghanaian artist Shatta Wale a brand new car and ready to sign him and other Nigerian artists like Davido and Star Boy, Wizkid. Finally due to his jokes and an outspoken and bold short guy in him, he regards himself as a normal man.

Shatta is believed to work with a group of yahoo boys and always create fun for them and they reward his cunning fun. Shatta Bandle as others revealed, collected money from them to flash on social media comparing himself with Bill Gates and claiming to be richer than the Africa's richest man Aliko Dangote.

In just a few months, Shatta Bandle is the most talk-topic on the African continent. He has suddenly become an African star and more popular than all Cameroon music artists. Just like Eto, Drogba, P Square, Mohammed Sala and a few lie along the same plane with Shatta Bandle.

Shatta Bandle has used his boldness and the name of Dangote and Bill Gates to become popular and rich. Today media houses use him to advertise their brand. He has recently pay a courtesy visit in Nigeria and met P-Square. Media homes feel that Shatta is just a joke but Shatta can be a few millions richer but not comparable with 1/100 of Dangote's one companys' wealth.

A lesson to learn in life especially to Cameroonians. Courage just made Shatta Bandle a rich and famous guy. If this guy used a rich man's name here in Cameroon to gain popularity, the Cameroon government or police will arrest him and incarcerate him in prison.

Thanks to this lovely Ghana Shatta Bandle is rich and free for using his owe way to achieve his dream goals in freedom.

Secondly, fight for your dreams no matter what it takes but do it the right way. Today Shatta Bandle is the most talked top story in Africa. Tomorrow it may be you. Drop your comments below if you feel that Shatta Bandle is richer than Dangote.

See a Million reasons why Africans should not chase or burn South African Businesses In their home countries

SouthAfricanophobia and xenophobia compared in South Africa.
Here is a count-down on reasons why African nations should not burn down or kill South African nationals in their home countries. Xenophobia to me SouthAfricanophobia to me started in South Africa and has never stopped till date in South Africa.

To be added to English dictionary: SouthAfricanophobia is simply the hate of African foreigners in South Africa for fear of getting richer and prosperous than South Africans.

In late 70's Africans used to praise whites even more than God, but it went off like electric blackout in all African nations but still remain in the hearts of South Africans that a white man remains superior.

South Africans are the most laziest humans on earth and as you know a lazy man is a devil's workshop or better call it a demon's shop. Many Nigerians, Cameroonians, Zimbabweans, Zambians, Ghanaians and others have great businesses there and they are simply jealous.

They hate school to the highest level that's why you can hardly hear that a South African has discovered or invent something on earth. Imagine on videos we all have seen on facebook, blogs and Google South African girls on Nigerians' or better still other Africans' shops in SA running out with a bottle of milk as a xenophobia benefit hahahhaha I laughed my lungs . Their businesses in our countries are run by us and our salaries help our families. Burning will not benefit us in any aspect. We are more intelligent than them. So we should avoid such.

We need their investments to grow our countries so we should not chase them. Just keep in mind that SA has been developed by Whites, Indians and Us Africans. We employ them and they don't like it. Apart from beautiful girls in SA, there is nothing in SA. Apart from Nelson Mandela and the intelligent Mulema, there is nothing like a real man in South Africa.

African musicians should not collaborate with South African musicians if they cannot say anything about the xenophobia on their social media pages. They are silent meaning that they are in support of their dull acts.

The only good thing about South Africa apart from the above mentioned is their national parks and zoos. Their mindsets are down to the earth. Imagine a country where smoking spaces are being created for students in secondary schools. What do you expect?

South Africa's economy was great and booming but now wandering like an unwanted pregnancy. Why? corruption, hate and bad mindset. I cried when a 20 yrs old South African boy was interviewed and he said "We hate Nigerians and other Africans because they seize our women from us".

To proof that they are very dull set of Iguana, they don't want foreigners to drive trucks in and out of their country, but expect only South Africans to drive to other nations. Please I call on you guys not to chase them away, their business will and will continue to help us.

Ask yourselves why they don't hate whites, Chinese and Indians. They are very low-life set of people in our recent days. What a beautiful country with no intelligence, greed and short-sightedness is a clear picture of South Africa. They still believe in white superiority.

To make things worse, at a certain age in South Africa, the government pays you for doing nothing. That's the main cause of this laziness in this country. Once they notice that the money cannot even make up to foreigners' hustle, their souls are not free. That's why they hate their fellow Africans.

Please I call on all Africans to gather their storm and leave that country or stay at your own risk. They hate you especially a rich and promising African. Collect your wealth and invest in your home country now. Before your leave that country convince them to go and invest in your country.

#SouthAfricaStopXenophobia
#IamRooneyNaCameroonianBlogger and Hate Xenophobia.
#I Call it SouthAfricanophobia
Share it to the end of the earth if you hate SouthAfricanophobia let this word enters the English dictionary.
SouthAfricanophobia is simply the hate of African foreigners in South Africa for fear of getting richer and prosperous than South Africans.

Robert Mugabe, former president Of Zimbabwe dies at 95

Robert Mugabe dies at the age of 95.
Robert Mugabe, whose final years in power, characterized by economic scandal, violence and internal power struggle is dead.

Robert Mugabe, a champion of independence struggle whose long rule in Zimbabwe ended in tyranny, corruption and chaos, has died at the age of 95.

Mnangagwa on Friday called Mugabe "an icon of liberation, a pan-Africanist who dedicated his life to the emancipation and empowerment of his people. His contribution to the history of our nation and continent will never be forgotten. May his soul rest in peace"

The minister of information, Monica Mutsvangwa, confirmed the death, saying "Yes it is really saddening. Some of us were like his children. We can never write our history without mentioning his name.

Robert Mugabe has ruled Zimbabwe for close to four decades before being ousted in a military takeover in November, 2017.

Mugabe should have died in Singapore where he made frequent visits to receive medical attention in recent months as his deteriorating health wears. He was replaced by Mnangagwa in November, 2018 who told his party members that Mugabe could no longer walk.

Mugabe has once been celebrated for fighting against white supremacy in his homeland but suddenly become a divisive figure in his own country and across Africa.

His final years in rule were chased by financial collapse, violence intimidation and internal power struggle. The news of his take over raised national joy in Zimbabwe after reluctant resign.

After his fall, Mugabe was granted the status of a respected father of the nation and a generous pension by the new government. This move angered his many opponents and upset many victims of the regime.

Mugabe's wife, Grace, became known for her lavish lifestyle and joined the Zanu-PF by virtue of her leadership of the party's influential Women's League in 2014.
She became a political liability for the ageing autocrat, however, and her outspoken criticism of Mnangagwa was one of the triggers for the military takeover that ousted her husband.

Mugabe remained skinned to his wife, calling her "my grace" in his press conference and demanding better treatment for his spouse from Zimbabwe's new rulers.
May God grant Mugabe a safe stay in heaven.

Donald Trump's Administration Announces Plans To Revise Citizenship Test

U.S citizenship test launched.
The Trump's administration on the 21st July announced it will revise the U.S citizenship test to help make a meaningful, uniform and efficient test.
USCIS (US Citizenship and Immigration Services) said it had formed a naturalization test revision working group in December 2018 with "members from across the agency".

The agency added that it is "soliciting the input of experts in the field of adult education to ensure that this process is fair and transparent."

"Granting U.S citizenship is the highest honor our nation bestows" USCIS Acting Director Ken Cuccinelli in a statement.

"Updating, maintaining, and improving a test that is current and relevant is our responsibility as an agency in order to help potential new citizens fully understand the meaning of U.S citizenship and the value that unite all Americans.

Cuccinelli told the Washington Post that the changes will not be major. "Isn't everybody always paranoid that this is used for ulterior purposes?" the immigration hardliner told the outlet on Thursday.

Ofcourse they're going to be disappointed when it just looks like another version of a civics exam. I mean that's pretty much how it's going to look."

USCIS naturalized nearly 752, 000 people in 2018, a five-year high according to the agency.

If it happens you were to take the test tomorrow, you might be asked to name one or two U.S territories or one or two of the rights contained in the Declaration of Independence, and or provide the correct answer if asked the number of amendments to the constitution.

The naturalization test test is simply a journey to becoming an American. According to the U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services, it is meant not just a measure of U.S civics knowledge, but also a reason to study and absorb the principle, value and functions of the U.S government, including the rights and responsibilities that come with the citizenship.

Some people have contacted the citizenship office with their suggestions, requesting more questions about inventors or scientists; a question about that national park; and maybe something about Mount Rushmore.

Cuccinelli said "Nobody has suggested anything specific to me",.

[11 Points] What Every Cameroonian Youth Should Do in 2019 to Succeed

Fly4studiesCameroon-Nshingadvertising Hub images.
Here are the best advises for every Cameroonian youth who wish to succeed in 2019. Go through the sayings and stick to it. We advice not only Cameroonians, Ghanaians, Nigerians and Africans but the world at large.

 1. In 2019, Pursue something

Don't walk in the entire 365 days without having something particular in mind to achieve. Start a building project, buy a car, pay some school fees, start some job. Just do something!

 2. In 2019, Walk with people wiser or stronger than you. In 2019, surround yourself with people who will inspire you, who will make you feel you can do better, who will challenge you on.

 3. In 2019, Check your dressing or appearance.

Don't put on 'anything' just because it covers your nakedness. Your appearance tells a lot about you. Iron your dress neatly. Don't wear dresses in the name of fashion or trend . Wear more decent but fitting dresses. This is the slogan: Simple but Classy.

 4. In 2019, Check how you talk. Before you open your mouth, be minded of who you are talking to, where you are talking, when you are talking and also know that your integrity is at stake. In every situation, choose silence over speech unless you don't have any option.

 5. In 2019, Visit people's home. Visit the old to appreciate them also orphanage and children in need of special care.  Don't let them feel unwanted or neglected in the scheme of things.

 6. In 2019, be more prayerful. You can't live your life thinking things occur merely logically. There's a Supreme Being who makes things happen, pray to him.

 7. In 2019, start thinking or planning towards doing more for humanity.

 8. In 2019, be Positive and Realistic.

Always think Positive while being Realistic. When you see tigers praying to God, don't join them. You can be positive that they won't 'chop' you since they are praying but be realistic too that after the prayers, they'll remain tigers and God will feed them with flesh.

 9. Buy gifts for your love ones.

In 2019, try and do something 'small' for parents . You have no idea what  goes on in their minds  Let them feel you are not far off

 10. In 2019, Invest more, save less, spend less.

Put your money into investment ventures. Buy T-bills, buy shares, buy fixed deposits, import some goods and sell, be a stock broker, etc. In fact, get more than one stream of income!

 11. In 2019, Take life Easy.

Many known names have gone and life goes on. . The point is, don't work your life out. You won't take your work with you when you die. You are not as important as you think, calm down. Take time off work, go and do medical check-up, visit your family, visit gardens or the beach and appreciate nature, etc.

After reading, send this message to all your groups like Facebook, WhatsApp and contacts, it may be of help to someone.
