Piranha, thanks for being here. When you login to the new account, click bank account the pay with Bitcoin and a wallet address plus a square code will appear including the price. Open your phone's blockchain, click the scanner at the top right of your phone and scan square code in the person's account. The information will appear on your phone and you just have to click continue to pay it(so you need to use 2 devices, either 2 phones or a phone and a laptop). Any doubt, you get back to me.
